This is where No Vacancy began.

As I head into 10 years of my company and more than 1,000 episodes, I’m rerunning a small number of older shows that still matter to me — starting with the very first episode I ever released.

This episode marks the first time I spoke directly to the hospitality industry under the No Vacancy name.
The format, tone, and perspective here laid the groundwork for everything that followed.
