Started in 2021 in memory of Arne Sorenson the Marriott-Sorenson Center for Hospitality Leadership is a leading hospitality program aimed at helping develop future hospitality leaders. Housed at Howard University there is a focus on increasing diversity in the industry, especially in the higher level executive positions. Ashli Johnson, Executive Director, joins us to talk about the program, how it’s developed over the last two years, and what the future holds.
