Matt Greene Joins Dreamscape Hospitality as Executive Vice President to Lead Luxury & Lifestyle Expansion

Dreamscape launches new Luxury & Lifestyle Division to support growing portfolio and future development

DALLAS, TX – May 12, 2025 – Dreamscape Hospitality, a Dallas-based visionary hospitality management company, has appointed hospitality veteran Matt Greene as Executive Vice President to oversee the company’s new luxury & lifestyle division. 

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the luxury, lifestyle, and branded residential sectors, Greene brings a wealth of operational, technical services, and business development expertise and insight to Dreamscape. In his new role, he will lead the strategic vision, performance, and expansion of the division, driving long-term value for ownership groups and elevating guest experiences across the luxury & lifestyle portfolio.

Most recently, Greene served as Executive Vice President, Luxury Residences at Highgate, where he led operations for the company’s Florida & CALA regions and created a new division of luxury & lifestyle residential to grow the portfolio of condo-hotels and branded residential assets. Prior to that, he spent over a decade with Aimbridge Hospitality and Evolution Hospitality, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of Operations, Lifestyle Hotels.
