STEPSTONE HOSPITALITY APPOINTS JEFF MILLER AS CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER TO LEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 

New Chief Development Officer Brings Extensive Experience to Drive Continued Strategic Growth

PROVIDENCE, R. I. (July 28, 2026) StepStone Hospitality, a premier hospitality management company specializing in full and select-service hotel operations, today announced that Jeff Miller has been named Chief Development Officer. Mr. Miller is responsible for leading business development efforts and focused on continuing to strategically expand the StepStone Hospitality portfolio which currently includes 40 hotels totaling more than 6,500 guest rooms.

Jeff Miller is a seasoned hospitality industry executive with significant experience driving revenue growth, sourcing new business, and executing complex hotel management agreements across a diverse portfolio of both branded and unbranded assets.

Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at Aimbridge Hospitality. While at Aimbridge, Jeff successfully negotiated hotel management agreements for more than 30 properties, contributing meaningful growth to the company’s platform and strengthening relationships with key ownership partners.

Prior to the Prism/Aimbridge merger in 2022, Jeff held leadership roles at Prism Hotels & Resorts where he played a pivotal role in business development as well as overseeing 10+ hotels as a VP of Sales. 

Early in his career, Jeff built a strong foundation in sales and revenue strategy, serving in senior sales leadership roles with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, TPG Hospitality, HEI Hotels, and White Lodging. Across these positions, he consistently delivered above-market RevPAR growth, expanded market share, and drove significant top-line revenue increases while leading high-performing sales teams.
