We talk to Jim Pittas of PMMI, an association running multiple events with some attracting 45,000 people or more, about the state of traditional conventions, what he expects moving forward, and what hotels can do to make him welcome when he brings 70,000 room nights at a time to cities such as Las Vegas, Philadelphia and Chicago.
