The Extended Stay Lodging Association (ESLA), a trade association dedicated to advancing the extended-stay lodging industry, announced today they have established an affiliation with Niagara University College of Hospitality, Sport and Tourism Management (CoHST).

ESLA provides an impartial forum for stakeholders to share ideas, innovations, and best practices. ESLA believes this affiliation will enhance the education experience for the students, offering them valuable insights, resources, and connections within the extended-stay segment. By bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry experience, this partnership will provide students with a true understanding of the evolving of the hospitality landscape.

We are proud to accept the invitation from ESLA to offer complimentary memberships, providing specific educational opportunities to our hospitality students focused on the extended-stay segment. We believe this affiliation will expand our curriculum with current industry data, educational library, gain ample access to active industry experts and executes, and an association with hoteliers.  Bridget Niland, Ph.D., J.D., Dean, Niagara University College of Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management

This affiliation is groundbreaking, as Niagara University CoHST becomes the first hospitality school to join forces with ESLA, marking a collaboration between academic and the extended stay lodging industry.

We are thrilled to welcome Niagara University as our first hospitality school affiliate. This affiliation reflects ESLA’s commitment to fostering education, innovation, and collaboration within the extended-stay lodging industry. Working closely with academic institutions like Niagara University is crucial for shaping the next generation of hospitality and extended-stay professionals.  Doug Artusio, Chairman and Founder of the Extended Stay Lodging Association

ESLA continues to champion excellence in extended stay lodging and looks forward to nurturing future hospitality leaders through collaborative initiatives.
