Speaker1: Hey, everybody. It’s your hospitality. Friend Glenn here. And I got Steve Berliner with t t I. Technology is excited because these folks have got a great new technology they’re showing off here at High Tech. See, if I got to tell you, one of the problems that I have when I go to hotels is I ask them for advice, and I’m usually met with blank stares or an aggressive, I don’t know, I don’t live here. You are solving that problem. We are. We have them on several business center terminals as a beta test. And the feedback has been phenomenal. And I’m going to show you why. So you go to the interactive kiosk concierge. And let’s say for the sake of argument, they want restaurants. I want a restaurant. I’m going to give you an air. So the hotel will have the option beforehand to work with us and put their own recommendations in the the back end database. And they could recommend to customers exactly what the good restaurants are. What are good museums? The kid attraction. Take this stuff off the front desk. Right. And it’s great while you’re doing that. One of the cool things is that it frees up employee time. You don’t have to train them. And knowing that, and a lot of people today are more self-service. They just want to get the answers as well, particularly in a select service hotel. That is correct. And that’s basically our target board. Yes. So as an example, let’s type in restaurant.

Speaker1: Yep. And as we’re doing this we’re in Charlotte North Carolina right now. So boom it pops up right there. And the funny thing is this restaurant that popped up here, people have actually been recommending to me while I’ve been here this week. Yeah, it’s supposed to be a very good restaurant, but this is a hotel recommendation. Let’s say there was a different type of venue, or there is something other than what the hotel wants to guide the guest to. Right. They click other dining results and it asks you, are there anything specific? For instance, want something nearby? There you go. Yeah, the nearby restaurants you have. The local map shows you exactly how to get there. And again, this can be done for kids activities, museums, grossly anything you could think of that we could program into the back end. We need something like this because there’s so many times when you’re trying to figure out what’s in the neighborhood, and the hotel website itself doesn’t help. It might say museum four miles away, but doesn’t give you any context of anything. I’ve been in that position many times when I travel and I’ve had downtown. This would have been great. Yeah, absolutely. Look, I think this is fantastic. I want to learn more. How can I find out? Just please shoot us an email sales@title.com. Great. Thanks so much. Make sure you check them out. So Glen and Steve have a great day.
