Dr. Velma Trayham of US Diversity Group is creating ways to lower the barrier of entry for African American hotel owners by developing new financing opportunities specifically for that community. But this conversation goes much farther, exposing the reality of racism and bias in a serious discussion neither Anthony and I expected; but were extremely glad to have this sometimes uncomfortable conversation.
