Hotel Biz Stats from STR, HotStats and JD Power

Jan Freitag of STR returns to update us on occupancy and rates for hotels globally in the wake of this crisis. Then we heard from David Eisen a HotStats about some encouraging news coming out of the Asian hotel market. Does that bode well for North America and Europe’s future? The Mike Taylor of JD Power shares a new survey that says a ‘solid majority of customers have faith in the overall travel industry, which is crucial for it to return to health.’
