CHARLOTTE, NC – December 18, 2025.   The Sheraton Charlotte Hotel, part of Marriott International’s portfolio, proudly announces the completion of a transformative $12 million renovation encompassing all 305 guest rooms and suites. The ten-month enhancement project reimagines the hotel’s accommodations with a fresh, light-filled design, modern technology, and thoughtful amenities tailored to today’s business and leisure travelers.

Situated in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, near the Pearl District and IRCAD, the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is part of a vibrant dual-branded complex with Le Méridien Charlotte, offering guests two distinct hospitality experiences within one destination. The property is professionally managed by StepStone Hospitality, a nationally recognized hotel management company known for operational excellence and driving commercial performance.
