Hunter Advisors Welcomes Katy Reynolds to Strengthen Underwriting and Valuation Platform

ATLANTA, GA (November 3, 2026) — Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the appointment of Katy Reynolds, a hospitality industry veteran with 20+ years of experience in hotel investment sales, underwriting, and valuation. Reynolds joins Hunter as the firm continues to invest in its underwriting and valuation capabilities, further strengthening its commitment to delivering exceptional advisory services to hotel owners and investors nationwide. 

Reynolds joins Hunter from Walker & Dunlop, where she served as Senior Director. Previously, she spent more than 22 years at JLL’s Hotels and Hospitality Group, most recently as Senior Vice President, specializing in single-asset and portfolio investment sales underwriting and valuations. During her tenure, she worked alongside managing directors on hotel dispositions totaling more than $10 billion in aggregate value and supervised a team of associates responsible for financial modeling and valuation. 

Earlier in her career, Reynolds held positions at Hodges Ward Elliott as an analyst and at Camberley Hotel Company in development and acquisitions.
