ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Frisco – the second-ever to open in the U.S. – is celebrating its Grand Opening today. The hotel is one of 25 ECHO Suites Gulf Coast Hotel Management plans to open in the coming years and joins nearly 270 hotels in the pipeline with a slew of additional openings expected in the coming months.
The opening of ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Frisco marks the second-ever to open in the U.S. The hotel is owned by Ian McClure, CEO of Gulf Coast Hotel Management, an integral member of the ECHO Suites developer’s council instrumental in the creation of the ECHO Suites brand. ECHO Suites Dallas Plano/Frisco is one of 25 ECHO Suites Gulf Coast Hotel Management plans to open in the coming years. Today ECHO Suites has nearly 270 hotels in the pipeline with a slew of additional openings expected in the coming months.
The opening comes as consumer demand for affordable extended-stay hotels, like ECHO Suites, is growing leading to record occupancy, ADR and RevPAR—all key elements of success for hotel owners. Timed amidst historic infrastructure and microchip spend that is driving a multi-year boom in the lodging sector, the rollout of ECHO Suites hotels across the country sets Wyndham franchisees up to capture a tailwind of business, what’s expected to be a $3.3 billion opportunity in additional room revenue.
The result? ECHO Suites meets the demand for affordable and comfortable accommodations with a wallet friendly focus on the essentials—hyper-efficient suites, built-in kitchens and on-site laundry.
