Equinox Hospitality Appoints Industry Veteran Brian Quinn as Senior Advisor 

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — October 29, 2025 — Leading hotel investment, management, acquisition, and development company Equinox Hospitality announced that Brian Quinn has joined the company as senior advisor. Bringing decades of hospitality experience to his new role, Quinn is positioned to further accelerate Equinox’s growth in the hotel market.

As senior advisor, Quinn will advise on strategic opportunities and partnerships, identifying and evaluating prospects that strengthen the organization’s capabilities and align with its expansion strategy while scaling its portfolio.

Quinn is a recognized leader in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of exceptional results, including more than $6 billion in growth across various lodging, restaurant, and franchise operations throughout his career. Quinn has worked at major hospitality companies such as Hilton, IHG, Choice Hotels, and, most recently, Sonesta International, where he served as chief development officer, spearheading its growth and launching the company’s franchise effort in the Americas across 13 brands from luxury to economy.

He holds numerous board and industry affiliations, including serving as secretary/treasurer of the American Hotel & Lodging Association Foundation. He is also an advisor to the Penn State University Hospitality program. Quinn is a well-known panelist, moderator, and speaker at industry events and is regularly featured in industry publications. He has also lobbied the United States Congress, the Florida Legislature, and the United States Executive Branch on behalf of the hospitality industry.
