Dubai, UAE – 30 September, 2026 – Kempinski Group has announced the appointment of Andrea Vanni as Chief Financial Officer, who brings over 25 years of expertise in the European luxury real  estate industry. 

Serving as a Board Member for Kempinski A.G. for over 3 years, Andrea brings continuity to the role  and is well positioned to lead the next phase of the Group’s brand and business transformation  strategy. Andrea’s experience spans debt and equity capital solutions for the real estate sector,  having held senior roles at investment and asset management heavyweights J.P. Morgan and  Deutsche Bank, before founding his own real estate finance and development companies, focussed  on luxury real estate and hospitality.

Over the course of his career as a founder, he has completed more than €20bn of  transactions across debt, equity and development, ensuring investments are informed by strong  business acumen and front-line expertise.
