Texas, United States – August 18, 2026 – Lopesan Hotel Group, a leading European hospitality group, has signed a long-term deal with Aven Hospitality to streamline distribution for its international portfolio, increase direct booking revenue, and optimize online travel agency channel performance. Through Aven’s AI-enabled SynXis commerce platform, Lopesan will consolidate its distribution, booking and retailing capabilities into a single platform designed to deliver a more seamless guest booking journey.

“Our goal is to invest in technology that prepares us for the future of hospitality commerce,” said Melquíades Entrena, CIO at Lopesan Hotel Group. “With the SynXis platform, we’re building a stronger digital commerce foundation that provides greater visibility, flexibility and control across our distribution channels. Combined with Aven’s advanced retailing capabilities, this investment will enable us to deliver more relevant offers to guests, improve booking performance and support our continued growth.”

The agreement replaces a fragmented distribution landscape for the hotelier with a single, secure platform that simplifies management across Lopesan’s international portfolio. Designed to support the distinct needs of both resort destinations and urban properties, this collaboration and technology provides the scalability to support future expansion while improving operational efficiency. It also draws on Aven Hospitality’s experience with leading global hotel brands to deliver a solution tailored to Lopesan’s commercial priorities and evolving business needs.

“Hotel groups today need a unified approach to distribution and commerce that can scale across diverse portfolios,” said Guy Barnes, Head of Sales – Europe at Aven Hospitality. “With the SynXis platform and Aven’s enhanced solutions, Lopesan is gaining a centralized foundation that connects distribution and retailing capabilities in a single environment, helping improve efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities across its global operations.”
