KENT, Wash. — InnVentures announced key leadership updates within its commercial organization with the promotion of Dury Kim to Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and the appointment of Brittany Cascanet as Vice President of Commercial Strategy.
These strategic leadership moves further strengthen InnVentures’ integrated commercial approach as the company continues expanding its national hotel portfolio and driving performance across revenue management, sales, digital marketing, ecommerce, and distribution.
Since joining InnVentures in 2023 as Vice President of Revenue & Distribution, Kim has played a critical role in elevating the company’s commercial strategy through a highly collaborative and data-driven approach. Her leadership has contributed to stronger market share performance, enhanced commercial alignment, and continued operational growth across the InnVentures portfolio.
In her expanded role as Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Kim will oversee enterprise-wide commercial initiatives focused on maximizing performance, innovation, and long-term value for owners and brand partners.
Cascanet joins InnVentures as Vice President of Commercial Strategy, bringing extensive hospitality experience and a strong background in strategic growth, revenue optimization, and commercial leadership. In her role, she will help lead portfolio-wide commercial performance initiatives while supporting continued alignment across revenue strategy, sales, and digital disciplines.
