The resort provides guests a wealth of new food and beverage experiences certain to reshape the Miami dining scene. Most notable is the resort’s new signature restaurant, The Strand Bar & Grill, led by executive chef Stephen Ullrich, a Miami native whose prestigious pedigree includes time at Michelin-starred Seasonal in New York City and at Tom Colicchio’s Beachcraft in Miami Beach.
