MCLEAN, Va. — September 20, 2019 — Today, Hilton (NYSE: HLT) announces the appointment of Jenna Hackett to a new role, leading both unique soft brands as vice president, global head, Curio and Tapestry Collections by Hilton. After guiding Tapestry Collection by Hilton through sustained growth and success over the past nearly two years, Hackett will take over Hilton’s upper upscale Curio Collection by Hilton brand, a global portfolio of handpicked, one-of-a-kind hotels, following the retirement of former global head, Mark Nogal.
As the head of Tapestry Collection, Hackett has led the brand through momentous development, building brand awareness in its segment and growing the portfolio since launching in 2017.

In just five years, the brand has grown from launching its first property, The Highland Dallas, to now operating more than 70 hotels globally, including the new SAii Lagoon Maldives, offering guests immersive local epicurean, wellness and cultural experiences.
Following the successful launch of its first Collection brand, Hilton introduced Tapestry Collection in 2017 with Hotel Skyler Syracuse, aiming to provide travelers the chance to connect with local communities at hotels with original and vibrant style. The brand is forecasted to have nearly 30 properties in its portfolio by the end of 2019, with future plans for global development in key destinations, including Bermuda and Jamaica.
